  • Clear, compassionate communication throughout the process
  • Working toward children remaining with family where safe
  • Connection to community resources and ongoing support

Peter's Experience & Community Mission

Peter has more than 20 years of experience in the Child Protection system. He began in Auckland, New Zealand in 2000, then worked in Victoria as a Child Protection Practitioner, later in Katherine in the Northern Territory, and finally with the Queensland Government in Townsville as a Child Protection Practitioner until January 2026.

Peter believes it is now time to give back to his community. He is passionate about working with families so children can remain with their parents, extended family, and maintain their culture.

If your family needs culturally responsive child protection support, we are here to walk alongside you.
